Roda beach

Roda beach extends in front of the homonymous resort on the northern coast of the island. It is a large sandy beach, basically a continuation of Acharavi beach. Roda beach has been awarded with the Blue Flag for its clean waters which do not deepen abruptly making it ideal for families with children. In Roda beach there is a great variety of sea sports. Along the beach you will find some parasols and deck-chairs which the bathers can rent.On the beach there are many snack bars and taverns but, you will find a large variety inside the village of Roda. Roda beach is accessible by the main road. At the end of the beach there is a small port where, you will see the local fishermen with their catch of fish for the day. From this small port, boats depart on excursions to the nearby beaches or to islets surrounding Corfu. In Roda beach you can also rent your own boat in order to explore the neighboring beaches.
