Agios Ioannis Peristeron beach extends in front of the homonymous, seaside settlement on the eastern part of the island. It is a very long beach with fine pebbles and dark sand but in some parts it is quite narrow. In this area there are many rocky sections, in and out of the water which you can explore with your mask. Many parts of Agios Ioannis Peristeron beach are organized while a significant part of the beach is occupied by private beaches belonging to hotels. On one of its parts a wooden deck has been constructed where, you can find parasols and deck-chairs. In some sections sea sports are provided. This beach is preferred by those staying in the nearby hotels and also by the locals who prefer its quiet and disorganized spots. On the road, besides hotels and rental apartments, you will also find mini markets, restaurants and taverns.

Ai Gordis of the South beach is located in the wider region of Lefkimmi on the south-western part of the island and must not be confused with the most popular and most visited beach, Ai Gordis which is situated in the center of the island. Ai Gordis of the South is basically a combination of two beaches, one next to the other, which are also very different. On the northern part of the beach there are small rocks, which rise above the water, ideal for exploration with a mask and flippers. The southern part of the beach is narrower and larger in length and it is covered with sand and smooth pebbles, in and out of the water. Ai Gordis of the South is not a touristy destination and in the nearest village, Palaiochori there, are no shops as it is totally a rural village. If you choose to enjoy a swim in this quiet and pure beach, you must obtain in advance what you may need (water, food, parasol, etc.).

Agios Georgios beach of Pagon is a large, sandy beach surrounded by olive and cypress trees. Many people consider it the most beautiful beach in the island. It is awarded with the Blue Flag for its cleanliness and the quality of the services provided. Agios Georgios beach of Pagon is distinguished for its vast, sandy shore and for its fresh waters. On the right side, the northern one, the waters deepen abruptly while on the left side, the waters are very shallow and they are preferred by families with small children. Agia Triada beach in Palaiokastritsa is probably the most beautiful, accessible by car, beach of the region. When you reach the shore, you will feel you are in paradise. Verdant hills end up into the sea of turquoise waters. Agia Triada beach is covered with sand and gravel. As in all beaches of Palaiokastritsa the waters are incredibly cold due to the currents of the sea. You will find parasols and deck-chairs on the shore. You can enjoy sea sports or even better, you can rent a small boat and visit the beautiful, small coves and the famous caves on the coastline of Palaiokastritsa. On the beach there is a snack bar which also has a swimming pool, as well as a tavern. You will find Agia Triada beach just before you enter the main settlement of Palaiokastritsa, after a bend, below a large hotel. We suggest you stay at the beach till late in order to enjoy the lovely sunset.

Agia Varvara beach is a natural continuation of Marathias beach to the south. It is also known with the name Malta. It is composed of fine, golden sand and clean, shallow waters. In Agia Varvara beach you can rent parasols and deck-chairs, you can engage in sea sports, you can drink your coffee at the bars on the beach and you can taste local specialties at the restaurants and taverns of the region. It is named after the chapel of Agios Varvaros which is located on high ground above the road towards this specific beach. Agia Varvara beach is a very long beach where, even in the busy touristy months, you will find lots of space and more isolated spots to enjoy your swim in tranquility. The nearest village to this beach is Perivoli, with its traditional architecture and its small fishing port, at a distance of about 3 kilometers. The southern section of Agia Varvara beach is called Megas Choros and it is an entirely virgin and secluded part which you can reach either by a long walk along the shore or by jeep through a dirt road from the village of Vitalades .

Acharavi beach is one of the largest beaches in Corfu which spreads in front of the big touristy and economic center of the region, Acharavi . Acharavi beach encounters Almyros beach on its eastern part and Roda beach on its western. The beach is a mixture of small pebbles and sand and its shallow waters, which do not exceed the waist for several meters from the shore, make it ideal for small children. In Acharavi beach you will find parasols and deck-chairs to let, showers and some facilities for sea sports such as waterskiing. Above the beach there are many restaurants and taverns, coffee shops and bars that stay open until late for the visitors of the region. Apart from all this, the beach is so large that you can find many secluded and tranquil parts in order to enjoy your swim, even in its busiest days. Far away, in the west you can barely see Ereikoussa, one of the three inhabited Diapontia Islands in Greece.
