Palaiokastritsa beach, which is also called Agios Spyridonas beach, is the main and the largest beach in Palaiokastritsa, of this famous resort, with the magnificent, natural beauty. It is located below the road that leads to Palaiokastritsa Abbey, on the left. Palaiokastritsa beach is covered with sand and gravel and its waters are turquoise, clean and tranquil. The whole bay is surrounded by vast vegetation creating beautiful colors on the waters as well. This beach is the most visited in Palaiokastritsa. It is fully organized and there you will find showers, deck-chairs and parasols for hire. There is also the possibility to engage in many sea sports. Around Palaiokastritsa beach there are many bars and taverns in order to get what you may need. In the region there is a wide range of restaurants, hotels and rooms to let for your accomodation. Palaiokastritsa beach has been awarded with the Blue Flag for its organization and its cleanliness.
